This Pineau from the Ugni Blanc grape is aged in 225 litre oak barrels for at least 6 years. This aging process gives it a wide range of delicate aromas including quince and apricot carried by vanilla notes. To be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif and would be perfect with foie gras, goats cheese or chocolate dessert.
