We are now in our fifth year since planting the vineyard and have the best crop to date. The vines are looking well and are hung with grapes so harvest time will be a big job! Our five vine varieties, seyval blanc, regent, riechenstiener, dornfelder and bacchus, allow us to make all types of wine so this is an exciting time for us, we will finally have a product to sell.
The Venue
We recently held our first two events in our Dutch barn. Lou's 50th was a great night with three amazing bands and two DJs who had everyone on the dance floor. A very different event a week later was a wake, but the barn came to life with the beautiful food and flowers and it accommodated 200 people.
